Our structure
Operating across the Midlands, the East and the South East of the country, our business services are delivered by our five directorates and led by our Executive Team.
Customer & Communities
Our Customer and Communities team looks after our homes and our customers. From investing in and maintaining our customers’ homes and communities, to helping our customers to sustain their tenancies and providing them with access to services and support to help them improve their opportunities and navigate the challenges that may throw them off course.
Orbit Homes
Orbit Homes builds high quality, energy efficient new homes of all tenure types for our customers, and is one of the largest developers of affordable homes in the UK. We are a Homes England Strategic Partner, and have the capability to manage the entire development process from land acquisition and to direct build. We are proud of our sector-leading design standards and RoSPA Safer by Design accredited house types, and were the joint first housing association to sign up to the voluntary New Homes Quality Code and New Homes Ombudsman Service, and participate in the House Builders Federation / National House Building Council Customer Satisfaction Survey, where we are rated as a 5 Star Housebuilder.
Finance
Our finance team cover all aspects from financial accounting, treasury, investor relations and financial business partnering across the Group. They ensure we are financially robust and report on the Group’s performance.
People
Our People and Reputation Directorate support our brand and ensure that we continue to be a great place to work, attracting, retaining, and developing engaged colleagues who share our purpose.
Corporate Services
Our Corporate Services directorate is at the heart of our robust risk and compliance approach, managing risks and business continuity, as well as Business Improvement. This includes Information Technology, Procurement, Health and Safety, Internal Audit and Corporate Planning.
